- The above quotation includes software design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Any additional modules or features not mentioned in this quotation will be charged separately after mutual discussion and approval.
- GST will be charged extra as applicable under the Government rules.

- This is a customized software project. As requirements may evolve during the development process, we request that you assign one technical or knowledgeable representative from your organization (e.g. store/plot in-charge) who can communicate with our development team.
- The designated person will be the single point of contact throughout the project to discuss requirements, clarify doubts, review progress, and provide timely approvals. This will help ensure both teams have a clear understanding of the requirements and minimize misunderstandings or rework.
- Any additional features or changes requested after the requirements are finalized will be considered change requests and may incur additional development charges.
- Custom Software Development: This is a fully customized software solution. Detailed requirements for each module (item fields, GRN number formats, report layouts) will be gathered and discussed during the development process. Development of a module will commence only after the scope and functionality have been mutually finalized and approved.
